I work exclusively with vegan friendly wool alternatives: no animal derived fibres here!
Eco-friendly yarns are being introduced in my work as they become available.
I offer a free consult via messenger to discuss patterns, styles and colours. Then I wave my magic hook over your specially chosen yarn to make your own one-off, unique and personal Handmade by Adriana creation.
I sell online via FB and Instagram and Messenger plus at local markets.
My Vegan Journey
I’ve been vegan since 2012 when we set up the first cafe in Tasmania serving all vegan food. Prior to that I was vegetarian on and off for over 30 yrs.
Seeing images on social media was the catalyst for me changing lifestyle as the cruelty could no longer be ignored.
I have been active in past with Against Animal Cruelty Tasmania, now known as Animals Tasmania.
Annually I run fundraisers for local animal santuaries, often as a statement against Melbourne Cup, we say NUP!
